Charles has been litigating high-stakes matters in the courts for nearly twenty years, including criminal cases from murder to traffic-violations, and civil cases where clients were severely injured and recovered significant financial compensation. Outside the courtroom, Mr. Novins also contributes regularly to a wide assortment of academic and popular publications.
